1) Will my existing order still be fulfilled?

Yes. All confirmed orders placed before 1 February 2026 will continue to be processed and delivered as usual.

2) Can I still place new orders after 1 February 2026?

No. From 1 February 2026, the website will no longer accept new orders while operations are temporarily paused.

3) What happens to my membership points?

Customers are encouraged to redeem their membership points by 31 January 2026. After this date, points may no longer be usable while the programme is under review.

4) What about returns or exchanges?

Our existing return and exchange policy will continue to apply for eligible orders placed before the pause. Please contact us for assistance.
